This
is a commonly used industry phrase
that simply means; we will locate
the equipment and assist you through
the process of purchasing equipment
on a wholesale basis. This equipment
sale does not include de-installation,
shipping, crating or warranties.
However, Capital Medical Equipment
Inc. is unique because we will
offer step by step advice illustrating
how to protect your interests.
We can help you locate equipment
inspectors, engineers, installation
experts, finance companies and
service organizations to help
create your own personal turnkey
deal without the high costs associated
with it. * Please note that Capital
Medical Equipment Inc. believes
that our clientele or affiliates
that will ultimately use the purchased
equipment should take every precaution
necessary to ensure patient safety.
Purchased “As Is”
equipment should be inspected
before purchase and fully tested
by a qualified engineer prior
to patient use. We take pride
in our services and respect a
patient’s right to quality
care. "As is where is"
transactions put the legal and
moral responsibility in the hands
of the purchaser after a sale
is completed. |

Capital
Medical Equipment Inc. will handle
your purchase as if it were for
ourselves. We will locate, inspect,
de-install, transport and install
quality equipment at your desired
facility. Warranties or service
contracts are available upon request.
All equipment will be guaranteed
to meet OEM standards upon installation.
*Please note that cosmetic and
physical reconditioning or refurbishment
is not included unless stated
within the contractual agreement.
In addition, unless included,
service contracts and maintenance
that ensure patient safety are
the responsibility of the purchaser. |

After
de-installation, the equipment
is shipped to an engineering facility
for diagnostic testing and cosmetic
purposes. The system will be re-painted/or
touched up if necessary. All defective
parts will be replaced to meet
manufacturing standards. This
system will then be delivered
to your facility in excellent
working condition and will be
cosmetically appealing. Warranties
and service contracts are always
available upon request. |

A
system from this category will
essentially be "like new"
and will be covered by a warranty
and/or service contract. |
